We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or social media profiles.

A. Automatically Collected Technical Data:

To maintain the security of the platform and enforce bans on illegal content, we may temporarily process:

• IP Address: Used for security logging and strictly deleted/anonymized after [e.g., 48 hours], unless associated with a ban for illegal activity.
• Device ID / Unique Identifier: A randomly generated token stored on your device to maintain your session without a login.
• Log Data: Access times and crash reports (anonymized).

B. User-Generated Content:

The text or media you post. Note that our system attempts to strip personal identifiers (names) from this content before publication.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use this limited data solely for:

• Service Operation: To allow you to post and view content.
• Safety & Legal Compliance: To detect and block spam, CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), and terrorist content.
• Ban Enforcement: To prevent banned users (who violated the "Red Lines") from re-accessing the Service.

3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your data. We do not track you for advertising profiling. We will only disclose data (IP address/Timestamps) to third parties in the following strictly limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If compelled by a court order, subpoena, or valid legal process from law enforcement authorities (specifically regarding terrorism or child safety investigations).

4. DATA RETENTION

• Content: Posts are stored on our servers until deleted by the user or by our moderation systems.
• Logs: Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for [e.g., 7 days] for security auditing and then permanently deleted.
• Banned Identifiers: If you are banned for illegal content, a cryptographic hash of your Device ID/IP may be stored indefinitely to prevent ban evasion.

5. GDPR RIGHTS (EEA USERS)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users in the European Economic Area have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data.

The Challenge of Anonymity:

Since we do not link data to a real identity (name/email), we cannot identify you to fulfill a request unless you provide us with your specific Device ID/Token.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your information, including technical data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state or country where the data protection laws may differ. If we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a child has provided us with data, we will delete it instantly.
