1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the application provided by Meyou S.r.l. (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Given the nature of the Service (anonymous, unfiltered expression), you acknowledge that you are accessing content that may be offensive, disturbing, or controversial. User discretion is strictly advised.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE & ANONYMITY

The Service is a social space designed for the free expression of thoughts and emotions.

• No Profiles: We do not require account registration via email or phone number.
• Automatic Redaction: The Service utilizes automated technology designed to detect and obscure proper names (persons), addresses, and contact details to preserve anonymity.
• Disclaimer on Redaction: While we strive for accuracy, Meyou S.r.l. does not guarantee that the automated redaction tools will be 100% effective. You are solely responsible for ensuring you do not manually bypass these filters to "dox" or identify individuals.

3. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED CONTENT

We prioritize freedom of speech, but certain "Red Lines" are non-negotiable to ensure legal compliance. You agree NOT to post:

• Illegal Content: Any content that violates Italian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting, promoting, or normalizing sexual violence or exploitation of minors. We report all instances to the authorities immediately.
• Terrorism & Extremism: Content that promotes terrorism, recruits for extremist groups, or plans violent attacks.
• Credible Threats & Gore: Realistic threats of violence against specific targets, or excessively graphic content (e.g., real-life mutilation/torture).
• Doxxing: Content intended to reveal the private information of another individual.

Violation Consequences:

Meyou S.r.l. reserves the right to ban your Device ID or IP address permanently without notice if you violate these specific prohibitions.

4. USER CONTENT & LIABILITY

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the text or content you post.
• License: By posting, you grant Meyou S.r.l. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content. Meyou S.r.l. acts as a "passive conduit" for user distribution. We do not endorse, support, or represent the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content posted via the Service.

5. DISCLAIMERS (THE "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK" CLAUSE)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEYOU S.R.L. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM OFFENSIVE, INDECENT, OR OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL. YOU ACCESS THE CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. MEYOU S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DISTRESS, EMOTIONAL HARM, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM EXPOSURE TO USER CONTENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Meyou S.r.l., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to the Service; (iii) any unauthorized access to our secure servers.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona, Italy.
